Snook, Tarpon, Redfish
Snook, tarpon, redfish are here. Warmer water, clear water conditions. Marco Island Fishing Guides is already geared up for this great transition time. Don’t miss out, book now. March and April are filling up but still few dates left. Go to Snookhookerfishing.com and make an inquiry as to open dates.
Snook have started taking up their usual haunts on the outside points, oyster bars and shore lines. These are ambush predictors. They wait quietly for the most opportune time and crush you presentation. Redfish are prowling the shallow flats and points eating everything they see. The tell tale thump and you are on.
Tarpon are beginning their migration and they have shown up and should be full on by mid March. Snook, tarpon and redfish, yes a slam is possible and ad a Seatrout and you’re a grand slam status is fulfilled.
Top water lures, paddle tail and suspended presentation are all productive. It’s just how you present your offering that makes the difference. Fishing with me, Capt. John Pfeiffer, I will teach you and guide you calmly. No yelling. Just consistent easy to follow methods I have developed in over 35 year snook, tarpon and redfish angling.
At Marco Island Fishing Guide you’ll be fishing from a classic SilverKing flats boat. Stable, quiet and confident. Powered by a 2025 Suzuki 90hp and Minnkota 70 lb 24 volt trolling motor and the best available fresh tackle.
Give me a call today to discuss your trip. Make a memory this spring.
